HealthFleet empowers individuals
and companies.

HealthFleet was established in 2014 as a telehealth company to improve people’s wellbeing by emphasizing their individual lifestyle choices, with support from relevant digital and human interaction. Rather than offering canned content for broad health solutions, HealthFleet, through our technology, focuses on care, coaching, and health recommendations that precisely address individuals’ conditions, goals, and lifestyles. Modifying human choices with relevant personal interactions creates sustained, long-lasting change required for positive health outcomes. Positive health outcomes can be achieved through our platform, HealthFleet SaaS for a company looking to bring their programs to life, or our own proprietary wellbeing programs, RestoreHealth or RestoreResilience.
