President & CEO

Ms. Morrison Deutsch brings to HealthFleet almost 30 years of experience in translating business and technology requirements into actionable plans to provide a superior user experience. Before joining HealthFleet, Ms. Morrison Deutsch served as Executive Director of Customer Experience, Collaboration and Transformation at Kronos. Prior to Kronos, she was a thought leader at Cloud Technology Partners (CTP). At CTP she developed both the technical and organizational strategies to support customers’ business transformations. Ms. Morrison Deutsch spent eight years at Health Dialog as the Chief Application Officer, where she designed and managed the launch of a global coaching application. Throughout her career, she has been a leader at the intersection of healthcare and technology and has been responsible for the delivery of multiple innovative offerings that connect clinicians and patients. These offerings provide world-class care and address the management and improvement of chronic conditions globally. Ms. Morrison Deutsch holds a BA from Curry College and a MEd from the University of South Carolina-Columbia.

Dr. Collings is Founding Director of Lifestyle Medicine for Silicon Valley Medical Development and El Camino Health in the San Francisco Bay Area. She serves as current President of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM). Dr. Collings has dual board certifications in Cardiology and Lifestyle Medicine. She holds a graduate degree in exercise physiology, as well as professional culinary and coaching certifications. She received her education from the University of California, University of Wisconsin, and Stanford University Medical Center and is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha National Medical Honor Society. Dr. Collings has over 30 years’ experience as a general, invasive, and imaging cardiologist. She has served in multiple capacities and leadership positions including Founding Medical Director of El Camino Hospital Cardiopulmonary Wellness Center and as a member of the ACLM Board of Directors for 6 years. As ACLM president, she is focused on guiding lifestyle medicine into mainstream medicine, scaling programs and practitioners nationwide, and bringing awareness to lifestyle medicine as the primary solution to address chronic disease epidemics through the lens of personalized and population health. Dr. Collings serves in other nonprofit board and advisory positions including with the True Health Initiative, the Physical Activity Alliance, and the Global Positive Health Institute. She has advised on digital health platforms to optimize clinical, coaching, and client engagement features.

Chief Information Security Officer

Mr. Petraglia is a recognized information security and cyber-crime expert with over 15 years of experience. He has served as Chief Information Security Officer and has lead data breach and forensic investigations and security assessments for both public and private sector clients throughout the world. With an extensive background in the Federal sector he has provided information security and digital forensic training for police departments, hospitals, government agencies, and major corporations.

VP of Product and Technology

Angela has over 25 years of experience as a product strategist with a passion for creating application solutions that support business outcomes governed by data-driven research that promotes user engagement. Prior to joining HealthFleet, Angela was the President of Cityside whereby she defined the product vision, oversaw operations and created the overall design of their proprietary software product line. Also, as Director of Experience Design at Health Dialog, she led a team to create the Healthcare Suite – a collection of collaborative care products – that included health coaching, health assessments and personal action plans. She acted as the liaison between client needs and business development to ensure an optimal customer experience and loyalty. Angela holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Lesley University.

Vice President of Analytics & Operations

For more than a decade, Mr. Marullo has been helping companies mine and utilize data analytics to support strategy development and operational planning and execution. At HealthFleet, he and his team work to better understand what works best for our customers, channel partners, and members in improving health outcomes and reducing related costs. A former director at John Hancock, Mr. Marullo previously served as an Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Army and is a graduate of West Point with an MBA from Boston College.

Senior Director of Employee Experience

As an experienced senior human resources leader and business partner, Ms. Rosser has used her strong human resources background and blend of experiences in various positions within the private and publicly sectors to affect positive change at HealthFleet. Effectively balancing big picture thinking and strategic planning with hands-on execution has allowed her to combine decisiveness and strong business acumen in helping HealthFleet achieve its growth objectives. Ms. Rosser is a graduate from Bradford College with a BS in Human Studies.

Coach and Delivery Director

Kristen Simon is a Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer, with a background in behavior change and wellness programming. Kristen has worked in the wellness industry for the past 8 years, and has spent 5 years coaching individuals to help them achieve their goals and build healthy lives. Kristen is an avid reader, who likes to spend her free time curled up with a good book and her pup, Rhett.

Director of Engineering

Deepa brings over 20 yrs experience building and deploying full stack software applications in various industries. She has a passion for working in startups and small teams to build products that focus on iteratively delivering solutions that meet customer requirements and place strong emphasis on usability. She has experience in leading off-shore teams and customer facing and cross functional roles. Prior to joining HealthFleet, Deepa worked at Synacor where she led the launch of zimbracloud.com, the company’s first SaaS offering targeting direct consumers. Deepa holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering and Master’s in Computer Science from Utah State University. Outside of work, Deepa is busy doing stuff with her two girls and her dog and also spending time outdoors.

Keta brings over a decade of professional experience in software development, testing & technical program management for SaaS-based products in the field of 3D animation, Health Care, Adtech, Health tech, Med tech, E-commerce, Education, Supply-chain across Web, Mobile & CTV. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and Master's in Computer Science. She has a strong passion for agile development & devops and takes pride in releasing applications with superior user experience. Keta brings expertise in establishing efficient Agile processes throughout the organization and is a strong believer that good enough is not acceptable when it comes to quality of a product. She enjoys cooking, traveling, VR games and baking with her daughter.

Senior Marketing & Creative Manager

Michelle has nearly 8 years experience in Marketing and Design with a passion for creating visual solutions for business questions. Prior to HealthFleet, Michelle worked in event, print, and presentation design. Michelle graduated from the University of Lynchburg with a major in Marketing and minor in Graphic Design, and she was honored the Most Outstanding Student in the University of Lynchburg's Business School. Michelle is passionate about health and fitness and works part-time as a fitness trainer.

Sarah is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Sarah has been a passionate contributor in the health and wellness world for over 8 years, providing health education and coaching individuals to reach their lifestyle and health goals by making small behavior changes! She uses the same principles of behavior change as a leader, coaching other coaches to become their best selves. In her time outside of work, Sarah likes to stays active with her 3 beautiful children or relax with a cup of tea and a good book.

Mr. Kouvaris has been Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Chestnut Hill Ventures LLC since March 2002. Prior to Chestnut Hill Ventures, he was the Vice President of Finance for GCC Investments, LLC, a subsidiary of GC Companies, Inc. Before joining GC Companies, Mr. Kouvaris was a senior manager and Certified Public Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand LLP (predecessor to PricewaterhouseCoopers) in Boston. He currently serves and has served as a director of Millwall Football and Athletic Club plc, Coastal Medical Transportation LLC, AcuityLink LLC, Virtyx Inc., Affinity Solutions, Inc., FleetCor Technologies, Inc., ACA Capital Holdings, Inc., and Vanguard Modular Building Systems, LLC, among others. Mr. Kouvaris holds a B.S. in Accountancy from Boston College.

With over 25 years of executive experience in a wide range of technology-based companies and organizations, Mr. Pearson joined HealthFleet as a Director in 2015.  Mr. Pearson’s professional history spans a broad range of industries including advanced batteries, uninterruptible power systems (UPS), fuel cells, electronics assembly equipment and materials, digital imaging, and defense systems.  Most recently, Mr. Pearson served as CEO and President of Aquion Energy, a manufacturer of high-performance batteries and stationary energy storage systems.  Prior to Aquion, Mr. Pearson was the President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board at Protonex Technology Corporation which was acquired by Ballard Power Systems in 2015.  Mr. Pearson holds an M.B.A. from MIT’s Sloan School of Management, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts.
