If you aren’t completely satisfied during the first 30 days of becoming a member of HealthFleet, we will cancel your membership, and refund any membership fees incurred during the period*.  No questions asked.

* This guarantee applies to first-time HealthFleet members only and does not apply to any additional goods or services used during the period. Any request to terminate must be initiated by contacting a HealthFleet Representative at 877.399.6540 during the first 30 days of membership.
