What is the Activity Center?

The HealthFleet™ Activity Center is your 'go to' dashboard, every time you log in. From the Activity Center, you can view your nutritional requirements, workout details and success tips, view your profile information, attend a coaching session, and even link out to videos and scheduling. From time to time, you will also complete your QuickPulse questionnaires just before you access the Activity Center. Very powerful, easy to use, and brilliant in their simplicity!

What if I don't have a webcam?

HealthFleet's system is highly versatile and designed to be used with or without a webcam. But remember, you can always see your coach on your computer, even if you don't want to broadcast your own image through your own webcam. The only reason you would need a webcam is if you want to take advantage of two-way visual communication (instead of one way). We recommend a webcam, simply because speaking to a person and putting a face to that person is important for building a trusted relationship. Remember, it's people that motivate people, not computers. What is the Yi™ Indicator?

HealthFleet provides its members with access to the clinically-proven Yi Indicator. In a matter of minutes, using nothing more than a tape measure (or string) and a scale, you'll know precisely how many calories you burn in a day, your body fat percentage, muscle mass, how many pounds you need to lose (if any) and how long it will take to safely and predictably lose that weight. The Yi Indicator even tells you your individual risk of Metabolic Syndrome, Type 2 Diabetes and Cardiovascular Disease. As you proceed through HealthFleet's 3-month 360WeightLoss program, you will be asked to periodically update your Yi. As you do that, the Yi will reveal not only your progress towards your weight loss goal, but also how your body is changing, in terms of fat and muscle mass, and how these changes are specifically impacting your risk factors for the health conditions listed above.

What's the tape measure for?

You may have been given a tape measure in a HealthFleet introductory package. This tape measure is used to measure your abdominal girth and hipline in order to obtain your Yi profile. More detailed instructions on how to measure your Yi are included in your introductory package, or by selecting the 'edit profile' link from the Activity Center (once you've logged-in).

How accurate is my Yi™?

Your Yi™ profile data is usually accurate within 1%. It has been rigorously tested in a clinical setting against DXA body scan data and medical history across a wide spectrum of body types. If I request it, can HealthFleet keep my Doctor updated on my progress? Yes. HealthFleet always advocates keeping your Doctor(s) up to date on your progress, and when requested, more detailed information such as diet, questionnaire responses and Yi profile data.

What if I've been diagnosed with diabetes, heart disease or a related serious health condition?

If you've been diagnosed with this type of serious health condition, you're going to have special needs when it comes to diet, exercise and lifestyle management and understanding the role they play in your overall health. During your initial profiling, you will notify us of your diagnosis and we will build a diet, exercise and success program especially for you.

What if I'm already a member of a gym?

If you're already a member of a gym, excellent! HealthFleet is not designed to compete with local gyms or trainers- it is designed to compliment them. What's important to us is that you use the gym that you joined and conduct your exercises safely and correctly. Your HealthFleet Exercise Coach will be happy to work with your trainer to make sure that we're always working together to maximize your results.

What is my meal plan?

Depending on your personal goals or dietary requirements, your HealthFleet Nutrition Coach will assemble a meal plan and diet based on your individual needs. Not only do we put together a meal plan, be we can even custom-tailor your plan based on a (HealthFleet-approved) diet you're familiar with. If you like certain things for breakfast, lunch or dinner, as long as your coach approves them, just add them to your plan and keep track of what you're consuming versus what you're supposed to be consuming in your Daily Journal. Your coach will monitor your progress and recommend a modification to your meal plan if you're not accomplishing your goals. Super easy, super effective, no guessing!

What is a Live Coaching Session?

A Coaching Session consists of an online session with a HealthFleet Coach. HealthFleet offers coaches that specialize in fitness, nutrition and success coaching and are available to you as a member of HealthFleet. Just log in to HealthFleet and click on the Live Coaching button to access your coach or click on the HealthFleet Calendar to schedule a session. Your 360WeightLoss program includes weekly sessions with a specific coach dedicated to your needs; as opposed to having these sessions divided among a number of different coaches. We do this so that you can build a strong, personal bond with your coach which, research indicates, should lead to even greater success on your program. While these sessions will be scheduled with a specific coach, if you would like to schedule sessions with your other coaches as well, you can certainly do that – for an additional per session fee.

How long does a session last?

You first session will likely be up to 30 minutes, as your coach walks you through your customized Nutrition, Fitness and Success plans as well as explains all the features and services available to you at HealthFleet.com. Subsequent sessions typically last up to 15 minutes and can be conducted wherever it's most convenient for you.

How much space do I need to Exercise?

In short, if you have a flat space 5 ft X 8 ft, you're good to go. Anything more, including access to a local gym, is a bonus. If you still don't think you have a space big enough, don't worry, we'll find a way to make what you have work.

Do I need to buy any equipment?

No. Many of our clients workout without any equipment whatsoever, focusing on cardio, and basic weight bearing exercises only. As you progress, your Fitness coach may recommend some very basic equipment to challenge you and shake things up.

Don't I need to use those heavy weights and machines?

No. The HealthFleet System is designed to work with the least amount of equipment possible. As a practice, our coaches suggest you use very simple, versatile equipment, most of which will fit into a small bag. But don't let this fool you. The equipment we recommend will accommodate from absolute beginners to Olympic athletes, depending on the exercises used (no kidding). Your coach will introduce you to various types equipment, and if you feel so inclined, they're all relatively inexpensive to purchase.

What if I've never exercised before?

HealthFleet was created to instruct and encourage people to live a healthy lifestyle. If you've never exercised before, you couldn't learn under better circumstances than with a team of HealthFleet coaches to guide and motivate you.

What is a HealthFleet Representative?

A HealthFleet Representative is available to HealthFleet Members from 8:00am to 6:00pm EST, Monday thru Friday. They can help you with anything related to your membership program or services.

What is your No-Risk Guarantee?

HealthFleet is so convinced that you will reach your health goals using our system that if you aren't completely satisfied during the first 30 days of Coaching, we will cancel your membership and refund any Membership Fees incurred during the period. No questions asked.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. During the first 30 days, you can cancel your membership at any time. You may also cancel your membership during the initial membership term: If you become permanently disabled. Upon acceptance of your cancellation, all membership responsibilities will end.

Does HealthFleet offer Group Discounts for my Company?

My child is overweight. Can HealthFleet help?

Yes. With children, it's especially important that they understand the reasons behind living a healthy lifestyle and are educated early and correctly. We recommend attending regular coaching sessions with your child present, so that we can all work together to get them on track. Please call a HealthFleet Representative at 877.399.6540 to discuss any specific needs your child might have.

Can I choose my HealthFleet Coaches?

Yes. Upon signing up, your HealthFleet Representative will discuss your goals and recommend specific coaches to you; both your primary coach for your weekly sessions as well as your other coaches that are developing your additional customized plans. That said, if you prefer a specific gender, a coach your friend uses, etc., we will do our best to accommodate you depending upon availability.

If I don't like my Coaches, can I make changes?

Yes, we'll do everything we can to accommodate you.
